Wanda VanDerHyden Macey, 72, of Bridge Street died Sunday in St. Clare's Hospital after a long illness.

Mrs. Macey was born and educated in Schenectady and was a lifelong Capital Region resident.

Mrs. Macey was of the Catholic faith.

She was the widow of Henry J. Macey.
