NSW:Power outages hit the Blue Mountains

SYDNEY, Jan 16 AAP - Motorists are being told to avoid unnecessary travel to the Blue
Mountains, west of Sydney, with power outages affecting traffic lights.

Heavy rainfall has caused power outages between Glenbrook and Warrimoo, with electricity
companies working to restore power as quickly as possible, police said in a statement
on Monday.
