Nov. 12--Mayfield, Dean Foods name four

Mayfield/Dean Foods has announced it has named four people to new positions.

Mary Williams has been promoted to group vice president for the Mid-South Group of Dean Foods. She will be responsible for operations and customer relations at Mayfield Dairy Farms in Athens, Tenn.; Purity Dairies and Country Delight in Nashville; Barber Dairy in Birmingham, Ala.; Dean Dairy in Louisville, Ky.; and Trauth Dairy in Cincinnati. She also continues as general manager of Mayfield Dairy Farms. Tangela Arnwine has been promoted to group director of human resources for the Mid-South Group. She is a Tennessee Wesleyan College graduate.

Butch Raper was elevated to director of distribution for Mayfield Dairy Farms, and is based in Athens. He also is a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College. Robbie Roberts has been named vice president of sales for Mayfield Dairy Farms. Mr. Roberts has studied business at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and Tennessee Wesleyan College. Athens-based Mayfield Dairy Farms offers a full line of milk, cultured and ice cream products and serves nine Southeastern states.

Husch law firm names 2 associates

The law firm of Husch & Eppenberger LLC has announced that two first-year associate attorneys have joined its Chattanooga office. Caroline B. Stefaniak is an associate in the general business litigation practice group. She earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Kara L. West is an associate practicing in the firm's corporate practice group. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Husch has about 300 attorneys in eight cities across the Mid-South and Midwest. Its local office is at 736 Georgia Ave.

Reams named head of rehab services

Michael Reams has been named senior vice president of rehab services at Life Care Centers of America. Mr. Reams has served as divisional rehabilitation director for Life Care Center of America's southeast division since February 2005. Mr. Reams currently resides in Apopka, Fla., with his wife, Jodie, and their four children. The family will be relocating to the Cleveland, Tenn., area. Life Care is based in Cleveland and operates more than 220 nursing, subacute and Alzheimer's centers in 28 states.

Garretson opening local legal office

The Garretson Firm has announced its opening of an office on Ringgold Road. The Garretson Firm assists the personal injury, wrongful death, workers compensation and mass tort litigation field by offering comprehensive Medicare and Medicaid claim resolution services. The firm also has offices in Charlotte, N.C.; Syracuse, N.Y.; and Cincinnati.
